Story Behind the Name
We love Pilsners and this is our experimental Pilsner where we make it with a slightly more complex malt recipe and we change the hops each time we make it to try different hop flavors. Our current version uses Mosaic hops, which gives it a less subtle and more earthy and fruity hop character. Everyone was calling it hoppy pils, so we just changed it a little.
